This intake roof vent is 12 inches in diameter and has a 2 inch tall collar. In other words, this vent has 2 inches of clearance between the base and the inner louvers. The model RBV-12-C2-IN has 113 inches of net free area (NFA) which means each vent will ventilate 470 square feet of attic space.
This vent is a hybrid design where 1/3 of the collar is closed to prevent runoff from entering.
