The 36 inch roof curb has an outer diameter of 39 inches. These Curbs are only compatible with vents or fans that have a curb mounted flange of the same diameter. AVP's prefabricated Roof Curbs are designed for flat roof or low sloped roof applications.

A Roof Curb is a metal frame to act as a platform for mounting a roof vent or fan. As a result, this platform will provide additional height allowing for installation in all climate zones. Proper installation ensures that the accessory has a level platform for attachment. They can also work as a hatch allowing for easy access to ductwork, HVAC units or maintenance in the attic below.

Building heavy wooden curbs can cause damage to the roofing membrane. Instead, eliminate the possibility of damage by buying AVP's prefabricated ones.

Installation: Typically used for EPDM, PVC and TPO roofs.

The flashing allows for mechanical fasteners to securely bond the curb to the roof. Once placed, it is to be covered with roofing material for a water-tight seal. AVP's roof curbs are typically for flat roof installation.
