10 inch Aura Solar Attic Fan with Curb Mount Flange | Model ASF-10-C12-CMF | 524 CFM

The 10 inch Aura Solar Attic Fan is 10 inches in diameter and has a 12 inch tall collar. The model ASF-10-C12-CMF exhausts air out at 524 CFM. All 10 inch solar gravity fans come with a standard 13.5 x 13.5 inch curb mount flange.

Installation: Only for low slope or flat roofs on a roof curb.

This solar fan has a curb mount flange allowing for easy installation on AVP's prefabricated roof curbs. In other words, the flange will fit over roof curbs or an existing base with a 13 inch diameter.

The 10 inch Aura Solar Fans are compatible with AVP's 6 inch tall and 12 inch tall roof curbs.

How it works:

The Aura Solar Fan uses both solar and wind to power the ventilator. When placed in bright, direct sunlight the fan will turn on to ventilate your attic space.

This fan will exhaust air continuously even when there is no sun due to the Venturi Effect. This occurs when the wind blows against the outer louvers to create an upward draft. As a result, allowing air to freely flow out of the vent. In other words, even the smallest breeze can create exhaust ventilation to draw air out of the fan.

The 1/8 inch louvers prevent rain, snow, insects, and animals from entering inside the fan.
