Active Ventilation Products (AVP) is a U.S.-based manufacturer owned and operated by brothers Martin and Ethan Kolt. Like many American manufacturers, AVP serves a specialized niche in the construction industry, focusing on the design and production of high-performance roof vents and accessories.

With a strong foundation in engineering and innovation, AVP has developed a range of products engineered to perform in diverse climates and across varying roof pitches. The company's portfolio includes solutions for both residential and commercial applications, such as roof vents, solar-powered exhaust fans, curb-mount flanges, roof curbs, roof jack vent caps, dormer vents, soffit vents, PVC pipe caps, and more. Additional product lines are scheduled for release in the summer of 2025.

AVP offers roof vents in diameters ranging from 3 inches to 48 inches, compatible with both flat and steep-slope roofing systems. Many of the company’s products are UL Listed and approved by both the Florida State and Texas Department of Insurance. AVP’s UL-certified roof vents are tested to withstand wind pressures exceeding 200 mph, making them suitable for high-wind and hurricane-prone regions.
