The Gendzl Low Profile Gooseneck Vent with SM-Rib Flange is a durable, streamlined roof exhaust solution specifically designed for installation on SM-Rib and compatible exposed-fastener metal roofing panels. It provides a clean, low-profile finished appearance while efficiently directing exhaust air through the roof for bathroom fans, range hoods, dryers, and other ducted exhaust applications.
Constructed from sturdy, rust-free aluminum, the Gendzl features a curved, hinged damper designed for low-resistance airflow. A removable screen helps prevent birds, bats, and rodents from entering the duct system, while the included 2 1/4" tail pipe adapter provides a convenient connection to ductwork.
The integrated SM-Rib flange is designed to work with exposed-fastener metal roofing profiles such as SM-Rib, Tuff Rib, and Master Rib, providing a purpose-built solution for metal roof exhaust applications. Designed for roof pitches from 2/12 to 12/12, with powder-coated color options available for a finished appearance that complements the roofing system.
