At the job site or at your home, the Keepa Vent arrives ready to be installed on the roof, with no assembly required. Keepa Vents, Model KV-12-C11-TPO, is a two-way vent that ventilates single-ply roofing systems. It features an 11-inch tall collar, a 113 sq. inch Net Free Area (NFA), a standard 18” x 18” square flange, and a single-ply TPO flashing, making it an obvious choice for TPO roofs.
Installation of the 12-inch TPO Flashing Kit for Keepa Vents is recommended for flat roofs with a pitch no greater than 2/12. Its primary function is to ventilate low-slope or flat roofs as both an exhaust and air intake vent for attics or plenums. The removable vent head design facilitates easy installation on single-ply roofs, ensuring that the flashing is securely held in place under the roof vent, making it waterproof for the life of the roof. This design ensures a quick installation and is patent pending.
