Attic Ventilation for flat roofs | Keepa Vent 10" diameter with curb mount flange | Model KV-10-CMF

The Keepa Vent with Curb Mount Flange product line is ideal for flat roof ventilation. AVP offers a 10-inch diameter roof vent with an 11-inch tall collar. This roof vent has an NFA of 78 sq. inches and a curb mount flange inside dimensions of 13.5” x 13.5”, designed for a square-shape roof curb with an outer dimension of 13 3/8" X 13 3/8" unless the roof curb will be covered in roofing material. Before the roofing material is added, the roof curb should measure 13-inch x 13-inch.

Installation: Best on flat roofs, no more than 2/12 pitch

The 10-inch Keepa Attic Vent with Curb Mount Flange is for ventilating low-slope or flat roofs and is used for ventilating attics and plenums as a roof exhaust vent or air intake roof vent. The removable vent head allows easy installation on EPDM, PVC, and TPO roofs, making it compatible with membrane roofs. Click here to view our installation guides.

How it operates:

The 10-inch Keepa Attic Vent with Curb Mount Flange removes moisture from the attic during the winter and heat during the summer, extending the life of the building structure. The 11-inch tall collar is suitable for all locations, including those that accumulate high snowfall. In addition, the round design is aerodynamic and can withstand wind speeds beyond 200 mph.

This roof vent is ideal for installation in all climate zones and comes in various sizes with an optional curb mount flange for covering roof curbs or a tailpipe adaptor for ventilating a duct.

The diameter size of all roof vents determines the Net Free Area, also known as the "NFA". NFA is the measured amount of opening each vent offers at each specific size. to be available for venting air through a specific vent size. The calculator below will find the overall number of vents needed to effectively ventilate the targeted attic space.

Once you have the area, the numbers shown below are the number of vents of that size which would ventilate the specified area with both 1/300 and 1/150 rule.
