All orders are placed through the AVP website. Add all items to your cart, insert all of your information and submit your order. The sales team will contact you via email with a freight quote and payment link by the following business day.
AVP provides a two-step process. After submitting your order, the sales team will find the best shipping quote and send it back to you with a payment link. Click on the payment link to put in your credit card information to complete your order. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive a quote within 48 hours.
Orders typically take around 1-2 weeks depending on the size of your order and your location.

No, none of the AVP vents spin. The louvers are designed to allow air to move freely through the vent while preventing rain and wildlife from entering inside.
Collar height is the distance between the flange and the bottom of the head of the vent.
See our Climate Zone chart to determine the collar height you will need. The more snow your area receives, the taller the collar you should have.

Then, either enter the width and length of the space you intend to ventilate or enter the area in square feet. Then select the vent size you intend to use. The calculator will then determine how many vents you need to ventilate that space.
