Roof Vent | 12 inch Keepa Attic Vent | Model KV-12

The Keepa Vent product line is ideal for flat roof ventilation. AVP offers a 12-inch diameter roof vent with an 11-inch tall collar. This roof vent has an NFA of 113 sq. inches and a standard 18” x 18” square flange.

Installation: Best on flat roofs, no more than 2/12 pitch

The 12-inch Keepa Attic Vent is for ventilating low-slope or flat roofs, benefiting attics and/or plenums, as Keepa Vents can act as a roof exhaust vent or an air intake roof vent. The removable vent head allows easy installation on EPDM, PVC, or TPO roofs, making it compatible with membrane roofs. Click here to view our installation guides.

How it operates:

The 12-inch Keepa Attic Vent removes moisture from the attic during the winter and heat during the summer, extending the life of the building structure. The 11-inch tall collar is suitable for all locations, and the round design is aerodynamic and can withstand wind speeds beyond 200 mph.

This roof vent is ideal for installation in all climate zones. Most importantly, the Keepa Attic Vent comes in various sizes with an optional curb mount flange for covering a roof curb or a tailpipe adaptor for ventilating a duct.

NFA is the measured amount of opening each vent offers at each specific size. to be available for venting air through a specific vent size.
