AVP's pitch pan is a flashing with an open bottom. It is a clad metal container that wraps around roof penetrations such as electrical conduits, plumbing pipes, etc. The pan is then filled with mastic material to provide a watertight seal to the roof. The pitch pan has a TPO coating, which allows it to weld easily onto a TPO roof.
The PP-TPO-8 x 8-H3 is an 8-inch square box with a 3-inch height and a 12-inch square flange. The 8-inch pitch pan is perfect for covering and sealing any roof penetrations. AVP offers an array of sizes if a different size is required.
AVP’s pitch pan sizes also vary from square boxes to rectangular boxes. Square pitch pockets are ideal for containing single penetrations, while rectangular pitch pockets are made to contain multiple small penetrations close together. As a result, every customer can find a pitch pocket to fit all roofing needs.
