16-Inch Aura Attic Fan | Model AF-16-C12 | 1,800 CFM

The 16-inch Aura Attic Fan is 16 inches in diameter and has a 12-inch tall collar. Its model number is AF-16-C12, which exhausts air out at 1,800 CFM. All 16-inch gravity fans have a standard 22" x 22" square flange.

This is an attic exhaust fan. Its all-aluminum construction makes it durable and long-lasting.

Motor Type: PSC – Totally Enclosed

With 1/4 horsepower and 1,800 CFM, this 16-inch attic fan is perfect for ventilating all attic spaces.

This Attic Fan also has an optional Shut-Off Switch, Thermostat, and Humidistat (THSOS).

Installation:

A collar height of 12 inches is typically used for low-slope or flat-roof ventilation. However, if installed on the upper portion of the roof, this attic fan can be used on a 0/12 to 5/12 pitch roof in all climate zones.

16-inch diameter attic fans are commercial size and should be used in commercial settings. For those looking to ventilate their homes, please view attic fans with a smaller diameter.

The Aura Attic Fan exhausts air continuously even when the motor is off. This attic fan works passively because of the Venturi Effect. When the wind blows against the outer louvers, this creates an upward draft, which allows air to flow freely out of the attic.

How it works:

The exhaust fan pulls air out of the attic at 1600 cfm.

The 16-inch attic fan will remove heat from the attic during the summer and moisture during the winter.
